Respect, reliability and openness

SIMON-Fleisch is an owner-managed, family-run company. Our aim is to establish a long-term and positive business development in favour of the company, in particular of our employees and the family.

In this respect, we see our employees as the corner stone of our company. Our behaviour with each other and our superiors' approach towards their employees is characterised by respect, reliability and openness.

We expect our employees to be honest, motivated and to have a sense of responsibility. At their workplace, they are responsible for their teams as well as the whole company. They must do their work to the best of their knowledge in order to successfully integrate into our company.

We lay special emphasis on education and further training. Employees who have completed their apprenticeship or started their professional career with our company often grow to become our key players.

Employees working for our company for decades are no exception. This loyalty towards the company and the owner family are highly appreciated. Our company is proud of the low amount of employee fluctuation.
